Within a few months, Amos had established two more West Coast locations, and Bloomingdale’s in New York had started carrying the gourmet cookies.
The Chip & Cookie dolls were created by Wally’s talented wife, Christine Harris-Amos. She created these cookies with so much aloha and she really loves hearts. When you look closely at the dolls you’ll see the little heart surprise in the mini back-packs. Christine’s dolls can be found at the Goodwill stores in Oahu per thegoodwillhunter.

In 2005, Wally and his wife Christine Amos also co-founded the Read It LOUD! Foundation (ReadItLoud.org), advocating parents and caregivers to read aloud to their children for at least 10 minutes every day. Savannah in August 2006, utilizing Savannah as their trial city.
