Deborah King was born in 1961 in Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America. She is 62 years old as of 2023. She is the daughter of  Don King and his late wife Henrietta King. Deborah was overwhelmed by the “daily plethora of new experiences” she had growing up with notable public figures. She was not the only child of the couple. She had two brothers-  Carl King and Eric King. Deborah is also a mother of two.

Don King’s daughter, Deborah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Forensic Science from Jay College in 1983. Deborah graduated from South University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling in September 2014. She also earned her Doctorate degree from Trinity International University of Ambassadors in Duluth Georgia according to Wuntumedia.

She loves sports just like her father

Deborah King learned a lot from her father and she is also a sports fan. She is actively pursuing her own opportunities in and outside of boxing. While she was in school, Deborah represented professional athletes and celebrities as a preeminent international sports and entertainment manager.

She went on to work as a consultant for her father at Don King Productions after graduation and later as a sports manager for several boxing champions. Deborah King was the International Boxing Federation’s youngest recipient of the “Manager of the Year” award.

She then became an entertainment manager and established her own Management firm, Deb-b King. The firm managed both entertainers and professional athletes. Deborah King was a driving force behind the Ice Breaker Tour, which featured the late Tupac Shakur, The Ghetto Boys Reunion Tour, and the Bad Boy Entertainment Tour (featuring Notorious BIG), all of which took place in Cleveland, Ohio.

Don King’s daughter had a drug problem

 In 1999, Deborah King hit a lull in her career due to a struggle with drug addiction.  Per Starbeacon, she was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation instead of jail, in August 2006, by Common Pleas Court Judge Alfred Mackey. The outlet also reported that she pleaded guilty in court on June 20 to an amended charge of cocaine possession.

She already was in a drug treatment program at Laurelwood Hospital in Lake County on May 1, before entering a guilty plea. Since her successful time in rehab, the daughter of Don King has remained drug-free for the past decade. She went on to found Limitless Life Recovery and Holistic Group after vowing to use her own personal battle with drug addiction to help others with similar problems and also get their life on track.

She told Wuntumedia that she has “risen from the ashes like a phoenix” and wants her clients to know that “as long as you got life, you got hope.” Through her firm Limitless Life Recovery, Deborah King has helped high-profile individuals, star athletes, and people from all walks of life overcome to fight their addictions as well as mental illness.

Deborah King has received President Donald Trump’s Lifetime Achievement Award as well as the Trinity International University of Ambassadors’ Humanitarian Award as an outstanding leader for her visionary guidance, exceptional leadership, and world-class humanitarian service. She also serves as a member of the Ashtabula County Community Corrections Board. Her mother Henrietta King passed away in 2010
