Well, Section 104 of the Ghanaian Criminal Code of 1960 which deals with Unnatural Carnal Knowledge forbids citizens from practicing any form of s£xual activity which is alien to the human race.
Section 104 of the Ghanaian Criminal Code of 1960 covers the having of s£xual intercourse with a child who is below the age of sixteen whether with consent or not. An individual who does that shall serve a jail term not less than 5 years.

It also talk about having sexual intercourse with an animal which is also criminalized and must not be engaged in.
As the conversation around LGBTQI legalization and controversies continues in Ghana, it is important for us to visit the Criminal Code, analyze what it says and we may all be liable to a fine or imprisonment. Per the understanding of the constitution, LGBTQI is unacceptable likewise blowj0b, oral s3x and threes0me.
