Erin Bolte is the wife of Rob Estes. Erin Bolte’s husband is an American actor. He is known for his roles as Harry Wilson on the teen drama series 90210, as Sgt. Chris Lorenzo on the crime drama series Silk Stalkings, and as Kyle McBride on the primetime soap opera Melrose Place.

While her husband is a popular American actor, Erin Bolte is a teacher and surfer. According to Coast Magazine, Erin is a former surf instructor who now works for an events marketing company. “I am doing marketing for an events company and substitute teaching at a private prep school here. I used to be the surfing coach at St. Margaret’s, and I also taught surfing for Roxy surf camps.“- She told the Publication. She also revealed she is closet real estate lover.

The Teacher and his husband got set up on a blind date by mutual friends. “We got set up on a blind date by mutual friends. I was living here [San Clemente], and our first date was in San Clemente.“-Erin told Coast Magazine. The husband and wife met in 2008, and they dated for about a year and a half before tying the knot.

The couple got married in 2010. They married in a beautiful ceremony in the presence of friends, family, and loved ones. The couple has been married for 14 years and counting without any divorce rumors or marriage drama. Their beautiful union has been blessed with a child. The couple has a child named Makai Ever, who is age 13 as of 2024.

Before Bolte, Estes was married to actress Josie Bissett, a cast member of Melrose Place. The couple have two children together- Maya Rose Estes and Mason True Estes. In January 2006 the couple announced their plans to divorce.

When asked in an interview who was her favorite actor, Erin replied saying- “My husband of course! Besides Rob, Edward Norton has always been my favorite; I feel like he can pull off anything. Right now I’m a little obsessed with a show called “This Is Us” with Milo Ventimiglia. I think he is by far, besides my husband, the best TV actor I’ve ever seen.“

Erin Bolte’s husband, Estes first became interested in an acting career while training to be a stunt double. One of his first acting jobs was in the soap opera Days of Our Lives playing Glenn Gallagher (1986–1987). He later gained widespread recognition for his role as Sergeant Chris Lorenzo in Silk Stalkings (1991–1995), half of the “dynamic duo” alongside Mitzi Kapture.

In 1993, Estes had a guest role on the prime-time Fox soap opera Melrose Place, playing Sam Towler. Three years later, the producers of the series brought him back but cast him in a different role, that of restaurateur Kyle McBride. Estes played the role from 1996 to the series’ cancellation in 1999.

Following Melrose Place,  Erin Bolte’s husband, Estes had guest-starring roles on Providence, Suddenly Susan, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Gilmore Girls. He also performed in theatre, and had roles in Same Time, Next Year (2004) and The Lake (2005).

Erin Bolte’s husband starred in the comedy film I Do, They Don’t (previously titled Blended), which premiered on ABC Family in March 2005 and also starred his Melrose Place co-star and then-wife Josie Bissett.
