Internet users have been left perplexed, with many scratching their brains to determine if the lady was in fact in her right mind and if she was aware of the ruckus she was causing bystanders.

This sort of clothing should be outlawed in society. It demonstrates a lack of morality and a high level of decency. These strange clothing patterns have been noticed among young girls, and I believe government officials should take action to prevent this sort of inappropriate dressing.
