Gospel Singer Ohemaa Jacky Arrested For Defrauding A Lady 21,000 Euros

Gospel singer Ohemaa Jacky has reportedly been arrested and charged with fraud in an Accra Circuit Court.

The Gospel singer ,Ohemaa Jacky has been remanded into police custody until the next trial date on September 16th.

The police arrested her and arraigned her before court on the September 8th.

According to reports,she defrauded a lady an amount of 21,000 euros.

She had claimed that she would secure the lady a passport and travelling documents to the European Union (EU).

The gospel singer, who doubles as a vlogger,Ohemaa Jacky collected the amount of money from the lady and secured her with fake documents.

The lady decided to travel with the documents to Italy without knowing the documents were fake.The lady was arrested.

After her arrest,she reported that the documents were given to her by Ohemaa Jacky.

The lady said Ohemaa Jacky had run an advert on her social media handles revealing she could secure such documents for people.

Ohemaa Jacky was arrested.She pleaded for bail on account of being a gospel singer and celebrity but the trial judge denied her request.
