According to her Wikipedia, Maggie Smith’s brother Alistair Smith passed away in 1981 at the age of 53. He passed away after having a heart attack. Not much is known about Ian Smith. Her famous sister has not spoken much about him in recent years. Bodyheightweight revealed Ian got hitched in 1965, but divorced in 1969. Later, he remarried.
