KiDi Opens Up About Life As A Successful Musician.

Ghanaian high-life and afrobeats singer-songwriter Dennis Nana Dwamena better known as KiDi has make a revelation about being a successful musician.

The “enjoyment” hitmaker has stated that if you want to be a successful musician,you would have to sacrifice most of your weekends and holidays in the studio.

According to kidi,it is all about inspiration.
He added that the music comes all the time so as an artiste you should always be ready to record.

However, kidi said at times he takes a day off to rest, relief stress because he is human and gets tired .


Kidi made this revelation speaking with Amansan Krakye on the Kastle Drive show in Cape Coast.

Kidi expressed his love for his work and revealed he is happy with what he is doing.


“As for this work I can say that if you really want to be successful, we don’t have off days and holidays and we don’t also rest on weekends,”

“But me I think that it’s about inspiration and the music do come at all times so you should always be ready to record,” he added.

“Sometimes I do take a day off to rest because I’m a human to get some rest to relieve some stress to get some fresh mind.”

“But generally, we don’t have holidays and even if we travel it’s just to perform at shows and not for funfair,” he continued.


“I’m happy to do it because this is what I love which is the gift God has given me so when I’m doing it I don’t feel like I’m hurting myself or getting tired I really enjoy doing it,” he ended
