Her father is Charles Randall Timberlake also known as Randy Timberlake and her mother is Lisa Perry also known as Lisa Timberlake. Her father was a Baptist church choir director.

Laura’s paternal grandfather Charles L. Timberlake was a Minister of the Shelby Forest Baptist Church in Millington, Tennessee. Her paternal grandmother was Bobbye/Bobby Joice Williams. She is the sister of Jonathan Perry Timberlake and Stephen Robert Timberlake. Her half-brother Justin Randall Timberlake was born from her father’s previous marriage to Janet Lynn (Bomar) Harless.
