Marcus Leithold is an actor and also the ex-husband of Teri Hatcher. Markus Leithold is an actor, known for Deadly Prey (1987) and Death Chase (1988).

Marcus Leithold’s ex-wife Hatcher is also an American actress best known for her portrayals of Lois Lane on the television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993–1997); Paris Carver in the James Bond film Tomorrow Never Dies (1997); and Susan Mayer on the television series Desperate Housewives (2004–2012).

How did Marcus Leithold and his ex-wife meet?

The couple has not given any information related to the circumstances under which they meet and started their relationship. However, Leithold and Hatcher had a very short-lived marriage that began on June 4, 1988. His ex-wife, Teri never spoke about the relationship.

Leithold on the other hand said their marriage was over even before they got the wedding photos developed. The couple called their marriage a quit on 2 June 1989.

Leithold’s ex-wife moved on, On May 27, 1994, she married actor Jon Tenney; they had a daughter, Emerson, born in 1997. They divorced in March 2003. Marcus Leithold on the hand has kept all his relationships private and away from the media.

Hatcher went to the American Conservatory Theater to study acting. In 1984, she worked as a cheerleader for the San Francisco 49ers, which was one of her first occupations. She played Amy, one of the Mermaid showgirls, on the TV series The Love Boat from September 1985 until May 1986.

It mostly consisted of dancing and singing as part of the Mermaids performance routine, although she also had short comic lines in certain episodes and featured in one of three plots alongside a male guest star in one episode.

She played the outgoing but innocent Penny Parker opposite Richard Dean Anderson’s eponymous hero in six episodes of the TV series MacGyver from 1986 to 1989.

From 1993 through 1997, Marcus Leithold’s ex-wife Hatcher starred as Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane (alongside Dean Cain as Superman/Clark Kent) on the ABC television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.

A photo of Hatcher in a Superman cape was apparently the most downloaded image on the Internet for several months at the show’s peak popularity in 1995.

“It’s a fantastic shot,” she remarked. “Because it’s me, not so much. It’s simply attractive.” Hatcher also co-wrote “It’s A Small World After All,” a season three episode about a former classmate who shrinks, kidnaps, and imprisons her classmates’ spouses in a dollhouse.
