Joseph Makubu, The Oti Regional Minister Designate.
As the saying goes “disability does not mean inability” has once again been demonstrated in the country by the president. This time around, it took the form of a ministerial nomination. Mr. Joseph Makubu, from reports is the gentleman nominated by the President of the land that if approved, will be the regional minister for the Oti Region.

Joseph Makubu who has proven to be competent is currently the Secretary of the ruling party (NPP) in the Oti Region. He was also the project coordinator of the Ghana Federation of Disability.
Some many people have applauded this decision to give the intelligent gentleman a change to showcase what he has got.
This sure should be a great source of motivation for not only physically challenged people but for all human beings. We are more than our physical appearance.
