In the latest photos of Sally Amoakowaa known as Akua GMB, followers find dark spots on her legs.

Akua took to her Instagram page to share some photos of herself.She was captured rocking a brown dress which exhibited her legs.

Folks have spotted the dark spots on her legs and can not keep mute about it.

Sharing her photos,the estranged wife of billionaire businessman, Dr Kwaku Oteng Akua opted for the caption,
