Harvey Phillip Spector Jr. was welcomed into the world on October 18th, 1982, in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA. He was also known as “Little Phillip” (as his father calls him). His parents are Harvey Philip Spector (December 26, 1939 – January 16, 2021) and Janis Zavala. His father was a successful record producer and songwriter.
Phillip Spector Jr. has a twin sister Nicole Audrey Spector. Nicole is a writer and freelance journalist. Phillip Jr. has adopted half-brothers Donté Phillip Spector, and twins Louis Phillip Spector and Gary Phillip Spector. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin (1903–1949) and Bertha (1911–1995) Spector.

How Did Phil Spector’s Son Die?
Phil Spector’s son Phillip Spector Jr. was killed by leukemia. He sadly passed away on Christmas Day, 25th of December 1991, in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, USA. He was just 9 years old at the time he died. His father Phil Spector died on January 16, 2021, at age 81, in French Camp, California, U.S. He reportedly died from the complications of COVID-19.
Phil Spector was found guilty of murdering American actress and fashion model Lana Clarkson. On February 3, 2003, Lana was found dead in the mansion belonging to Phil Spector. Her body was found slumped in a chair with a single gunshot wound to her mouth. The two had met while working at the House of Blues in Los Angeles and later left for Phil’s mansion.
According to Phil Spector’s driver, Adriano de Souza, Phil came out of the mansion with a gun in his hands and said “I think I killed someone”. Phil later said Lana Clarkson’s death was an “accidental suicide” and that she “kissed the gun”. Phil was sentenced to 19 years to life in prison, where he died.

In a 2005 court deposition, Phil Spector testified that he had been on medication for manic depression for eight years. “No sleep, depression, mood changes, mood swings, hard to live with, hard to concentrate, just hard — a hard time getting through life,” he said. “I’ve been called a genius and I think a genius is not there all the time and has borderline insanity.”
