Rebecca King-Crews is the wife of Terry Alan Crews. Rebecca’s husband Terry is an American actor, television host, and former football player. She is the daughter of Samuel Dean King and Anna Mae Parks. Her father was a musician. Her father died in 1972 when Rebecca was still a child.
In 2021, Rebecca King-Crews shared a post about her father on her Instagram handle. She shared a photo and wrote: “Happy Father’s Day to my biological father Samuel Dean King went to be with the Lord on June 11, 1972, exactly a month or so after this photo was taken on my sister’s birthday.”
Rebecca revealed that she plays the piano like her father and she “inherited his love for music and his penchant for playing by ear, rather than by sight.” Rebecca added: “He is the son of a pastor, a multi instrumentalist, a fighter for social justice, and a bit of a rebel. He was a member of the black panthers organization in the late 60s and early 70s and they lovingly referred to as their pink panther.”

Rebecca King-Crews met her husband Terry Crews in college. They met at the Western Michigan University. They became friends before they began dating. Rebecca told E! News that Terry “almost got stuck in the friend zone. He was a little too nice.” They got married on July 29, 1989, and have remained married ever since.
Rebecca has a daughter Naomi Burton-Crews from a previous relationship. Naomi has been adopted by Terry. Rebecca and Terry have three daughters and one son. Their daughters are Azriel Crews, Tera Crews, and Wynfrey Crews, and their only son is Isaiah Crews. Rebecca and Terry’s marriage has had its share of ups and downs.
In 2014, Terry released his autobiography, Manhood: How to Be a Better Man or Just Live with One, in which he detailed his pornography addiction. He has made it known that his porn addiction had seriously affected his marriage and his life. Rebecca and Terry almost separated in 2010 after Terry confessed to being unfaithful and addicted to porn.
Rebecca and Terry have shared how they were able to fix their relationship in an Audible Original called Stronger Together. “He’s the hero of our story, in my opinion,” Rebecca told PEOPLE. “He made the choice to take this battle on and really become a better person.” Terry has been able to overcome his addiction after entering rehabilitation.

Rebecca and Terry have been married for 34 years as of 2023. Celebrating their 34th anniversary, Rebecca shared photos of herself and her husband on Instagram and wrote: “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO MY BEST FRIEND! @terrycrews 34 years ago today I said “I do” to the sweetest, goofiest, most loving young man to ever come into my life!”

Rebecca King-Crews Is A Breast Cancer Survivor
Rebecca King-Crews was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer after she underwent a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. “Though it was Stage 1, you’re overwhelmed with fear, like cancer is this all-consuming, all-powerful evil entity,” she told PEOPLE. Her husband Terry Crews was the first person she told about the diagnosis.
“My husband has watched me go through a lot, but the look on his face … he looked at me like I was going to die,” she said. “He told me it felt like his insides were melting. I said, ‘I need you to be strong for me,’ and he said, ‘Okay’ and hugged me, but I think he needed that hug.”
Terry Crews took care of his wife while she recovered. “I have to give him his props because he’s been cooking for me, helping me bathe, and just really stepping up,” she said. “I tease him all the time, I’m like, Did I have to get cancer to be treated like this?!’ ” Fortunately, Rebecca has been declared cancer-free.
