“So the Covid-19 vaccine if we are asked to take it I would definitely take it,” MzVee disclosed.

Vera Hamenoo-Kpeda better known by her stage name MzVee,has disclosed that she is ever ready to receive the jab of the COVID-19 vaccines.

The Ghanaian singer, afropop, dancehall and R&B artiste made this statement during an interview on the Kastle Drive show with Amansan Krakye while discussing the arrival of the vaccine into the country.

MzVee said it is better to take the Covid-19 vaccine than to stay and not be armed and probably get the virus.
She added that, if we are asked to take the Covid_19 vaccine she will definitely take it.

She told the host “Oh as for the Covid-19 vaccine I think it is better to take it than to stay and not be armed and probably get the virus and I don’t know what would even happen.”

“So the Covid-19 vaccine if we are asked to take it I would definitely take it,” MzVee mentioned.

The Government of Ghana has finally taken delivery of 600,000 doses of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines made by the Serum Institute of India. The vaccines were received at the kotoka international airport by a delegation led by Minister-designate for Health, Mr Kwaku Agyeman Manu.

Dr. Nsiah Asare, the Presidential Advisor on Health has mentioned that,Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo wil be the first Ghanaian to receive injection of the COVID-19 vaccine.
