Livingstone Etse Satekla, aka Stonebwoy, is a Ghanaian Reggae/Ragga & Dancehall and Afrobeats was born in Ashaiman, Greater Accra Region on the 5 of March 1988. Making him 32 years old.
He studied at Methodist Day Secondary School the same year with rapper Sarkodie where he gained his High School Leaving Certificate. He then continued his tertiary education at the University of Professional Studies to earn a degree in Marketing in 2013

The award-winning artiste hails from Alakpe-Anloga, the Volta Region, and rose to glory after he won the prestigious BET Award in 2015.
Abwoy as many affectionately call him is the CEO of Burniton Music Group.
In the journey of music, Stonebwoy also nicknamed 1Gad has so many international awards to his name such as Afrima, Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award as well as receiving nominations from MTV EMA, Grammy Awards, and more.

He is also a recipient of two Billboard plaques. He has been described as the king of reggae and dance hall artists in Africa. Stonebwoy as an actor made an appeared in the movies Happy Death Day and My name is Ramadan
Stonebwoy’s Family
Stonebwoy got married to the ever beautiful and brilliant lady called Dr. Louisa Ansong in 2017 and welcomed their first child Catherine Jidula Satekla six months after their wedding. After 2 years stonebwoy and the wife welcomed their second kid which happened to be a boy and was named Livingstone Janam Joachim Satekla.
