Jacqueline Goldenberg married Jared Harris son of Irish actor Richard Harris and his wife, Welsh actress Elizabeth Rees-Williams. Jacqueline and Jared got married in the year 1989. Jacqueline Goldenberg was the first wife of a British actor, born Jared Francis Harris but known by many as Jared Harris. Jared Harris was born on 24 August 1961 in Hammersmith, London. His parents are Irish actor Richard Harris and Welsh actress Elizabeth Rees-Williams. He had a younger brother who is also an actor called Jamie Harris. Director Damian Harris is his older brother.
His grandfather from his mother’s side was politician David Rees-Williams, 1st Baron Ogmore. He had his education at Ladycross School, Downside School, and also went to Duke University, graduating with BFA in drama. He also went to the Central School of Speech and Drama, where he received his training as an actor, graduating in 1989.
Jacqueline’s former husband is regarded as the one of greatest stage and screen actors of his time. He was part of the Royal Shakespeare Company, performing in Mark Rylance’s “Hamlet”, “Romeo & Juliet”, “The Silent Woman” and “A Clockwork Orange”. In 1989, he had his screen debut in The Rachel Papers (1989).
