A Gauteng woman has broken the Guinness world record by giving birth to 10 babies.
The woman who is 37 years old, who is said to reside in Tembisa and identified as Gosiame Thamara Sithole has reportedly given birth to ten babies.
She has set a new record in the book of Guinness World Record.
Her husband, Teboho Tsotetsi disclosed during his wife gave birth at a hospital in Pretoria .
Gosiame Sithole delivered ten children; seven boys and three girls through a cesarean section.
Aside from the ten children Sithole welcomed , she already has six years old twins. She told Pretoria News that her pregnancy was natural and not through any fertility treatment.
The husband of Sithole also told Pretoria News that his wife gave birth to their bundle of joy 29 weeks into her pregnancy.
“It’s seven boys and three girls. She was seven months and seven days pregnant. I am happy. I am emotional. I can’t talk much. Let’s talk again in the morning please,” Tsotetsi said.
